Masa Restaurant will begin a monthly series of Tasting Menus that will offer an in depth examination of Latin Cultures through food. Each menu will feature culturally important and quintessential dishes in 3 courses.

This month we will be celebrating El Salvador!

First Course

Enchilada Salvadorañas
crispy corn tortilla layered with grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, crispy cabbage, avocado & salsa roja

Main Course

Sopa de Res
beef short rib stew
harvest vegetables in a traditional vegetable broth
served with casa minto (rice and bean together) and warm tortilla


Yuca Fritter
burnt sugarcane syrup & banana ice cream


Offered every Sunday and Monday from 5 to 7pm
